The July issue of JIPLP includes two short pieces of mine: one on the Hungarian parody ruling, and another book review on Fei-Hsien Wang’s brilliant book on the copyright history of publishing houses in China.
Simultaneously with other book review from the end of 2019, I completed another piece on Hannibal Travis’ Copyright Class Struggle – Creative Economies in a Social Media Age. This was a highly interesting book – and it is available on the website of the JIPLP.
I had the privilege to review Brigitte Lindner’s and Ted Shapiro’s edited volume (Copyright in the Information Society – A Guide to National Implementation of the European Directive). My review is going to be published by the JIPLP soon.
In the October issue of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice, my recent book review will be published. There I analyzed Abbe E.L. Brown’s and Charlotte Waelde’s edited book titled „Research Handbook on Intellectual Property and Creative Industries„.
