2018 Kraków Intellectual Property Law Summer School

The Jagiellonian University invites undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate (PhD) law students as well as young professionals to the 2018 Kraków Intellectual Property Law Summer School. The programme will take place from September 17 to 22, 2018. The programme will be conducted in English.

The 2018 Kraków Intellectual Property Law Summer School programme provides an opportunity to acquire deeper knowledge of intellectual property law. This year the topic of the Summer School will be “Manoeuvring between limitations, exceptions and infringements of IPRs”.

The keynote speakers and lecturers of the 2018 edition will be:

Prof. Maciej Szpunar, Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the EU

– ​Dr. Péter Mezei, Associate Professor of Law, Associate Dean for International Affairs at the University of Szeged (Hungary), Adjunct Professor (dosentti) at the University of Turku (Finland), Lecturer in Law at the University of Toledo College of Law (USA), Visiting Professor at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (France)

Prof. Stanisław Sołtysiński, SK&S Legal, former Dean of the Law School of Poznań University (Poland) and Visiting Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School (USA) and the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium)

Prof. Lior Zemer, Vice Dean and Professor of Law at Radzyner Law School in Herzliya (Israel), Visiting Associate Professor at Boston University School of Law (USA)
